<p>智能合约中「智能」二字可能听上去有点虚幻。其实「智能合约」就是一段部署到区块链网路上的一段程式码，区块链提供了一个类似伺服器的「程式运行环境」以供智能合约执行，智能合约执行后，将运行结果反馈到区块链上。从这个层面上来讲，「智能合约」和传统的程式码并无区别。其基本构成，也就是一系列的条件判断和数据纪录，例如：</p>

<ul>
	<li>如果当前时间是 2025 年，则这个地址可以获得 2 ETH；</li>
	<li>如果获得超过两个被授权人士允许，则用户可以提取 2 ETH </li>
</ul>

<p>等等！</p>
​
<p>「智能合约」和传统的程式码的较为不同之处在于运行环境不一样。 传统的程式码大多运行在中心化的伺服器中，而智能合约则是运行在去中心化的区块链上。而且基于区块链的不可更改性，发佈到区块链上的程式码本身不可更改（程式码不能更改不等于程式逻辑不能更改，下文会具体分析），合约执行的过程也相对透明，任何人都可以看到和验证合约执行结果。</p>

<h3 style="font-size: 22px; color: #2A3795; font-weight: bold;">实际应用</h3>
​
<p>基于区块链的透明性，分散性，不可更改等特性，智能合约可以被广泛运用在众多有着「去中心化」，「记账」，「数据纪录」，「逻辑判断」需求的领域。例如金融保险、医疗保健、供应链、博彩、物联网、政务处理等等行业或领域。</p>
​
<p>在金融行业， 因为银行的一些金融活动，例如汇款等操作，在现时的银行系统中是一个涉及到多系统，多机构的冗长过程，参与的机构众多，各方都需要付出时间和金钱成本。利用智能合约的技术，则可以提供更快捷，透明，点对点的资金流动，大大提升金融流动效率。因此，区块链和智能合约在金融行业的应用也越来越多，大到国家发行的数字人民币，小到去中心化交易系等等，智能合约技术在金融领域得到了非常广泛的应用。</p>

<p>不仅仅是金融行业，在其他领域，例如物流行业，智能合约也有着极大的「用武之地」。早在 2018 年，IT 巨头 IBM Corp. 和全球航运公司 AP Moller-Maersk Group 推出名为 TradeLens 的基于区块链创建的供应跟踪和供应链管理平台，而智能合约则在系统中发挥的作用至关重要。经过大量测试证明，该技术的使用能够有效减少文书工作的成本，减少运输时间，大大降低运营成本。</p>

<h3 style="font-size: 22px; color: #2A3795; font-weight: bold;">风险和局限</h3>
​
<p>儘管智能合约有很好的运用前景，但智能合约的风险和局限我们也要同样重视。</p>
​
<p>首先并不是所有场景都适合智能合约，儘管智能合约的确和普通程式一样可以编写业务逻辑，但是基于区块链的诸多限制和特性，无论是功能性还是运行效能，智能合约尚且不能和传统应用程式相提并论。因此，我们应该只在适合的场景下才採用智能合约技术，而不是将智能合约「神话化」，认为智能合约可以解决所有问题。</p>
​
<p>另外，智能合约编写漏洞所导致的安全问题，也是採用智能合约时需要考量的重点。因为智能合约的逻辑，如果没有做出特别处理，一旦发佈上区块链，则无法做出程式码层面的更改，因此如果没有经过严谨测试，合约程式中的漏洞将会导致不可挽回的后果。 因为智能合约代码疏漏导致的损失层出不穷，例如 Akutar NFT 的<a href="https://etherscan.io/address/0xf42c318dbfbaab0eee040279c6a2588fa01a961d" style="text-decoration:  underline; color:#2A3795;">智能合约</a>，就是因为将 <code>bidIndex</code> 错误的写为<code>totalBids</code> 这样一个超级简单的人为错误，而导致高达 11,539 ETH，当时价值 2 亿港元的资金永久封锁在了智能合约中。</p>
​
<p>很多人都说智能合约一经发佈则不可更改程式码或阻止程式执行，这个说法其实也并不准确。的确，智能合约的程式码本身一经发佈则不可更改，但是一个完整的智能合约不仅仅包括程式码本身，还有一系列的状态变数 (state variable)，这些状态变数可以透过调用预先写好的程式逻辑而被更改， 而且，因为状态变数的改变，智能合约完全可以执行截然不同的逻辑。 另外现时智能合约可以透过代理合约的方式，做到「逻辑更新」动作，即「可升级智能合约」。 </p>
​
<p>另外，目前有很多文章指出智能合约会自动执行，这个说法也有待斟酌。直到目前为止，基于 EVM 的区块链上的智能合约只有在被调用时才会被执行。所谓「调用」，可以是一个使用者钱包，也可以是其他的智能合约，但任何调用的最初始触发总是由使用者钱包所产生。换句话说，只要没有人主动调用，智能合约就不会运行。儘管区块链社区有类似<a href="https://medium.com/wavesprotocol/blockchain-trigger-a-tool-for-automatic-smart-contract-invocation-1cb2748c53be" style="text-decoration: underline; color:#2A3795;">智能合约自动运行的提案</a>，但目前并没有实际的标准和实现。所以对于有关「合约部署后就会自动执行」的说法并不完全准确。</p>

<h3 style="font-size: 22px; color: #2A3795; font-weight: bold;">结语</h3>

<p>智能合约作为区块链技术上的一大技术基础，有着广阔的应用前景。许多传统行业的应用，或多或少可以使用智能合约和区块链技术来简化流程，节省成本。 随着整个区块链行业的快速发展，智能合约技术亦会不断提升，从而逐步扩展更多应用场景。在 2022 年的今天，各大公司机构，甚至政府部门，都在逐渐研究运用区块链和智能合约相关技术的可行性。

尽早踏足区块链和智能合约领域，势必会在 web 3.0 发展如火如荼的当下抢佔先机，助其业务发展。</p>

<p>「智能合約」這個詞這些年可謂相當火熱。那智能合約到底是什麼？是真的神乎其神，還是有被誇大之嫌，這篇文章就來簡要探討一下。</p>

<p>智能合約這個名詞，最早是在 1994 年由電腦科學家及密碼學家 Nick Szabo 所提出，其對智能合約的定義是：</p><ad-banner-1></ad-banner-1>

<p>淺顯的說「智能合約」就是用一段高度可信的電腦程式，來制定「合約」條款，在達至特定條件時可以不受干擾的執行先前約定的邏輯。</p>

<p>近年來區塊鏈技術的蓬勃發展，為智能合約提供了非常好的發展基礎。區塊鏈的透明性，分散性，不可更改性等特性，正好滿足了一個可信的「智能合約」存在基礎。</p>
​
<h3 style="font-size: 22px; color: #2A3795; font-weight: bold;">運作方式</h3>

<p>The following published article (Chinese version only)</p><p>近月 NFT 的狂潮大致已退去，年初以頭像為主的 PFP 類 NFT，隨便可賣出幾千幾百 ETH 的光景已不復再，Opensea 的月交易量，亦已由 50 億美元大跌至 3 億美元。然而，大品牌對於 NFT 的熱情似乎毫不減退，依舊在發行「不能賺錢」的 NFT，無論是為了品牌宣傳的噱頭，還是數碼化產品，到底所謂 NFT 可以怎樣賦能我們日常的生活？</p><ad-banner-1></ad-banner-1><p>著名 NFT 項目 Azuki 的開發團隊 Chiru Labs 推出了一個名為 PBT （Physical Backed Token） 的開源項目，用戶可以透過一組生成非對稱密鑰對的 NFC 芯片進行「Scan To Own」，該晶片可以安裝在任意實體物品上，用戶透過手機掃描 NFC 芯片，即可完成對應 Token 的綁定。</p><p><br>用白話來講，其實就是一組透過線上線下產生的雙重驗證機制：</p><p>通過 NFC 芯片的獨特 ID 證明物品的真偽</p><p>以 NFC 芯片產生隨機產成一組非對稱密碼通過智能合約的驗證</p><p>只有通過 1 及 2 兩個驗證，智能合約才會授權 NFT 的轉移</p><p><br>對比一般 NFC 的防偽標籤，Azuki 所用的技術，基本為平時硬體錢包所用到的 Secp256k1 加密技術，每一張芯片都會有自己一組獨立的 Public Key 和 Private Key。而且用到的 NFT 標準，也與日常的 ERC-721 不同，是新的標準 PBT（Physical Backed Token）EIP-5791。</p><p>簡單來說，就是唯讀版的 ERC-721，所有轉移和批准的權利，都會由 NFC 芯片控制，每一次與合約互動時，合約都會根據 NFC 的 Public Key 及芯片生成的隨機密碼來處理，就是擁有滑板實體的人，可以隨時召回 NFT 的權力。</p><p>那問題來了，是甚麼阻止用戶去複製或者偽造 NFC 芯片呢？當中包括 Secp256k1 加密技術（目前 Nano Ledger 使用的技術），EIP-191 的鏈外簽署標準，以及不承認 100 個區塊之前的簽署。基於以上種種技術，開發團隊揚言，偽造此 NFC 芯片是不可能的任務。</p><p>除了防偽與交易，再後續的應用場景大概就是虛實結合，所謂虛實結合就是以線上社群為主軸，結合線下活動引流，最大化的利用社群的力量。這裏要解釋的話又是另一篇長文，簡單的說，每個世代都有總有因為「潮物」或「明星」而洐生出來的社群。而在網絡社群時代，Azuki 等藍籌 NFT 正正是這類社群的骨幹力量，而且是打破國界一般的存在，作為一個以「人脈經濟」為驅動的俱樂部，其動能可帶給現實世界的影響絕對不能忽視。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><div class="raw-html-embed"><h3 style="font-family: heebo; font-size: 20px;color: #2A3795;">標誌NFT首次衍伸到現實世界</h3></div><p>而且對筆者而言，如果你將這些 NFT 看成消費而非投資，很多東西就會很清楚明白過來。為甚麼有人會花數十萬來買個頭像，正正因為 NFT 對部分人來說是一件潮物，更加是一件在網絡世界的身分象徵物。</p><p>上文提及到的 Azuki，現在就在香港尖沙嘴 K11 MUSEA 藝術館展出由官方持有的 Sloth 紋章滑板，限量 9 張，當然這滑板不是拿來使用，而是標誌 NFT 首次衍伸到現實世界，具收藏價值。</p><p>另外實體滑板除了外層鍍了 24K 純金以外，背面更以陽刻方式浮繪了一條中國風的真龍，加上獨一無二的 Azuki 宇宙紋章，這 9 款紋章在「Azuki 虛擬遺跡」也吸引了大批 Azuki 社群的參與者到場參觀 PBT 滑板。NFT 作為網絡世界第一代的「勞力士」，到底可以怎樣反過來影響現實，會否有一天現實世界的「勞力士」也能用 PBT 交易？<br>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><div class="raw-html-embed"><div style="text-align: center;">

<p>MetaMask 是一个非常出名且最多人使用的 EVM (以太坊虚拟机器) 加密数字钱包，相信任何熟悉加密数字领域的人或多或少都有使用过 MetaMask 钱包。 然而，随着越来越多人进入加密数字领域，因此而衍生的数字骗案亦逐渐增多，而因为不熟悉区块链的运作模式，而导致的数字资产被盗的个案，则更是层出不穷。</p><p>曾经有朋友就发生过这样的情况，自己明明没有做任何交易，但发现自己钱包内的数字资产被无故转移，他确定助记词并没有洩露给他人，但自己曾多次使用该钱包登入不同网站，参与不同的 dApp 互动等，因此，非常有可能问题就出在签名上。<br><br>这次我们就以 MetaMask 为例，来说说关于<strong>区块链的三个签名问题</strong>。<br><br>所谓签名，实际上就是一个身份认证的过程。就如同你去银行提款，银行除了接收你的操作指示以外，还必不可少要进行身份认证，确保你是真正的账户拥有者。银行的身份认证可以是用密码，签名，印章等方式进行。</p><ad-banner-1></ad-banner-1><div class="raw-html-embed"><h3 style="font-family: heebo; font-size: 20px;color: #2A3795;">区块链签名</h3></div><p>区块链上的交易亦是如此， 当你进行一个交易时，除了要指示区块链「要做什麽」，还需要进行身份认证，确保你是真正的账户拥有者，才可进行相应操作。 这个身份认证，就是我们所说的「签名」。</p><p>签名的具体做法，是使用你保存在区块链钱包（如 MetaMask）中的私钥（Private Key）透过加密演算法，对你发出的指示做数字签署，而这个签署，是可以透过与你的地址公钥（Public Key）比对从而认证确实是你发出的相应指示，而完成认证过程。另外，「签名」这个动作，可以是不需要上链的。在没有网路的情况下亦可进行。</p><p><strong>因此，只要拥有一个有效的交易签名，配合对应的交易指令（例如转账），即可正常完成一次交易。</strong></p><p>说到这裡，相信聪明的读者都能够看出其中的玄机，在整个过程中交易签名是重中之重。换句话说，骗徒可以伪造一个交易，骗取你的交易签名，然后骗徒便可以凭藉这个签名，执行该伪造交易，从而导致你在莫名其妙的情况下，损失资产。而交易签名洩露，也就是许多数字资产被盗的元凶之一。</p><div class="raw-html-embed">

		<h3>用户需要提高警觉的签署</h3>
		<p class="table-content">ethsign 是 MetaMask 很早期提供的签名方法，这个方法需要传入一个 32 byte 的杂凑数 (Hash) 以供签名，而杂凑数可以是由任何内容得到，因此，仅凭这个无意义的杂凑数，签名者完全不会知道自己正在签署什么内容，这个内容可能是一个交易，一个授权，也可能是网站登入请求，又或者其它任何内容，因此有非常大的风险，现在 MetaMask 已经开始对这类的签名请求弹出红色警告，以警示用家，避免堕入骗局。</p>

		<p class="table-content">噹噹，敲敲钟。 <b>ethsign 是一个非常危险的签名方式，</b>这也是许多骗案所使用的签名方法。 上面我们说到的 OpenSea 登入， 就是使用了 Personal Sign 这个方式。</p>

		<h3>一种更高级、更安全的交易签名方法</h3>
		<p class="table-content">EIP712 Sign是一种更安全的签名标准，这个标准规定了签名数据的结构，也加入了对数据的作用域限制，如 domain，验证合约地址等。</p>

		<p class="table-content">ERC712 签名经常会被用在执行 metatransaction 等合约执行中，例如 OpenSea NFT 上架，降低价格等过程都会出现 EIP712 签名请求。</p>

		<p class="table-content">这个标准的好处是，签名者可以清楚看到自己在签署的内容，很大程度上降低被钓鱼的风险。 但是，这并不等于这种签名是绝对安全的，签名时，一定要看清楚究竟在签署什么内容。

<p>MetaMask 是一個非常出名且最多人使用的 EVM (以太坊虛擬機器) 加密數字錢包，相信任何熟悉加密數字領域的人或多或少都有使用過 MetaMask 錢包。 然而，隨著越來越多人進入加密數字領域，因此而衍生的數字騙案亦逐漸增多，而因為不熟悉區塊鏈的運作模式，而導致的數字資產被盜的個案，則更是層出不窮。</p><p>曾經有朋友就發生過這樣的情況，自己明明沒有做任何交易，但發現自己錢包內的數字資產被無故轉移，他確定助記詞並沒有洩露給他人，但自己曾多次使用該錢包登入不同網站，參與不同的 dApp 互動等，因此，非常有可能問題就出在簽名上。<br><br>這次我們就以 MetaMask 為例，來說說關於<strong>區塊鏈的三個簽名問題</strong>。<br><br>所謂簽名，實際上就是一個身份認證的過程。就如同你去銀行提款，銀行除了接收你的操作指示以外，還必不可少要進行身份認證，確保你是真正的賬戶擁有者。銀行的身份認證可以是用密碼，簽名，印章等方式進行。</p><ad-banner-1></ad-banner-1><div class="raw-html-embed"><h3 style="font-family: heebo; font-size: 20px;color: #2A3795;">區塊鏈簽名</h3></div><p>區塊鏈上的交易亦是如此， 當你進行一個交易時，除了要指示區塊鏈「要做什麼」，還需要進行身份認證，確保你是真正的賬戶擁有者，才可進行相應操作。 這個身份認證，就是我們所說的「簽名」。</p><p>簽名的具體做法，是使用你保存在區塊鏈錢包（如 MetaMask）中的私鑰（Private Key）透過加密演算法，對你發出的指示做數字簽署，而這個簽署，是可以透過與你的地址公鑰（Public Key）比對從而認證確實是你發出的相應指示，而完成認證過程。另外，「簽名」這個動作，可以是不需要上鏈的。在沒有網路的情況下亦可進行。</p><p><strong>因此，只要擁有一個有效的交易簽名，配合對應的交易指令（例如轉賬），即可正常完成一次交易。</strong></p><p>說到這裡，相信聰明的讀者都能夠看出其中的玄機，在整個過程中交易簽名是重中之重。換句話說，騙徒可以偽造一個交易，騙取你的交易簽名，然後騙徒便可以憑藉這個簽名，執行該偽造交易，從而導致你在莫名其妙的情況下，損失資產。而交易簽名洩露，也就是許多數字資產被盜的元兇之一。</p><div class="raw-html-embed">

		<p class="table-content">ethsign 是 MetaMask 很早期提供的簽名方法，這個方法需要傳入一個 32 byte 的雜湊數 (Hash) 以供簽名，而雜湊數可以是由任何內容得到，因此，僅憑這個無意義的雜湊數，簽名者完全不會知道自己正在簽署什麼內容，這個內容可能是一個交易，一個授權，也可能是網站登入請求，又或者其它任何內容，因此有非常大的風險，現在 MetaMask 已經開始對這類的簽名請求彈出紅色警告，以警示用家，避免墮入騙局。</p>

		<p class="table-content">ERC712 簽名經常會被用在執行 metatransaction 等合約執行中，例如 OpenSea NFT 上架，降低價格等過程都會出現 EIP712 簽名請求。</p>

		<p class="table-content">這個標準的好處是，簽名者可以清楚看到自己在簽署的內容，很大程度上降低被釣魚的風險。 但是，這並不等於這種簽名是絕對安全的，簽名時，一定要看清楚究竟在簽署什麼內容。

</div><p>&nbsp;</p><p>近日幣市波動，筆者的友人欲將存於冷錢包的加密貨幣傳送到交易所，作進一步部署，卻差點血本無歸。</p><p>友人先打開交易所的增值頁面，選好要增值的加密貨幣，並「複製」增值錢包地址，打算在冷錢包軟件 Ledger Live 上直接「貼上」，以為此舉可避免人為輸入錯誤，卻發現「貼上」的是另一個不知名錢包地址！</p><p>追查之下，原來友人安裝了一個谷歌瀏覽器插件 GetPaidStock，此程式會在你複製加密貨幣錢包地址時，無聲無色地修改你剪貼薄中的錢包地址，稍一不留神，你便會親手輸入密碼，將加密資產送給騙徒！</p><p>真實場景虛假網站&nbsp;<br>由於加密貨幣近年水漲船高，騙徒針對加密資產而設計的釣魚方式，亦愈來愈高明，不單止加密貨幣，就連 NFT （非同質化代幣），亦成為騙徒的目標。</p><p>就在本年初，多名 OpenSea 用戶受到網路釣魚攻擊，涉及 254 個 NFT 被盜，當中包括價值不斐的熱門收藏系列 Bored Ape Yacht Club，騙徒是經過精心部署的，看準官方正進行智能合約升級，便以此為由發出釣魚電郵，邀請現有用戶登入網站，把 NFT 連到新合約上，如此真實的用戶場景，使很多用戶放下戒心，按進釣魚網站連結並簽署授權，親手授權黑客從錢包轉走 NFT。</p><p>另一種流行的 NFT 釣魚手法，就是虛假鑄造網站。最近著名梗圖創作網站 9Gag 宣佈，將會推出 NFT，首個系列名為 memeland，其官方網站是 <a href="https://www.memeland.com/">https://www.memeland.com/</a>，尚未公怖鑄造日期。</p><p>然而當我在 Google search memeland NFT 時，居然在廣告欄位看到另一個網站 <a href="https://www.memelandnft.club/">https://www.memelandnft.club/</a>，無論網址或其網站內容，均與官方網站有九成相似，只是釣魚網站已經率先可以鑄造 NFT。真的，假如你真的在釣魚網站支付 ETH 鑄造，仍能獲得由騙徒的智能合約鑄造出來的山寨 NFT，不少人看到錢包多了 NFT，還滿心歡喜以為自己買到心頭好！</p><p>十多年前，電腦被駭損失的是珍貴的遊戲道具，而今天損失的，可能是整個加密資產錢包，隨時比銀行帳戶的資產更多！</p><p>筆者建議各位，可使用多個獨立冷錢包來處理不同種類的加密資產交易，以分散風險；鑄造或授權網站連接加密錢包，必須從多渠道查核網站連結真偽，另外做任何鏈上交易時，必須每個步驟均檢查接收錢包地址是否正確，如使用冷錢包，必須在硬件錢包核對資料正確方可按確認鍵，切勿貪一時之快，要知道加密貨幣一經傳送，即不可追回！</p><p>&nbsp;</p><div class="raw-html-embed"><div style="width: 100%;display: flex; flex-direction: row; align-items: flex-start; border: 1px solid #efefef; border-radius: 7px; padding: 10px 20px;">
